INVESTech aims to support the establishment and development of a transnational cooperation platform of Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) across five European countries: Slovakia, Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, and Lithuania. The project seeks to address the evolving needs of the ICT sector by fostering collaboration among various stakeholders, enhancing skills development, promoting green transition, and ensuring social inclusion. By leveraging the Quintuple Innovation Helix (Q2IH) Framework, INVESTech will align CoVEs with regional smart specialisation strategies to support sustainable development and innovation.
