The INVESTech roadmap is meticulously structured across 8 Work Packages (WPs) to ensure high-quality delivery, from ecosystem mapping to capacity building and dissemination:

WP1: Project Management and Coordination (Led by TUKE) – Ensuring smooth transnational collaboration, quality assurance, and adherence to EU financial standards.

WP2: Creation of Centres of Vocational Excellence on ICT sector in partner countries (Led by TUKE) – Engaging regional stakeholders to frame, formalize, and establish the operating frameworks for the national CoVEs.

WP3: Development of a sustainable platform for international collaboration (Led by CSKC) – Creating the strategic plan and the INVESTech online portal to enable long-term transnational networking, knowledge exchange, and study visits.

WP4: Enhancing Labour Market-Relevant Skills in Advanced Technologies (Led by Frederick University) – Identifying skills gaps and developing specialized microcredentials, online courses, and intensive "bootcamps" in advanced ICT topics.

WP5: Greening VET: Building Sustainable Pathways for the Future (Led by Commonspace) – Promoting the green transition of VET organizations through capacity building, community engagement, and implemented green action plans.

WP6: Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship in VET (Led by IDEC) – Establishing Innovation Labs (i-labs) and Entrepreneurial Academies, as well as organizing Hackathons, Pitching Days, and targeted summer schools.

WP7: Quality Assurance and Evaluation (Led by KVK) – Conducting rigorous impact evaluations on green transition, innovation, social impact, and the overall feasibility of microcredentials in VET.

WP8: Dissemination, Exploitation and Sustainability (Led by Emphasys) – Maximizing the project's reach and visibility across the EU through targeted campaigns, events, and transnational conferences.
