Our project partner Erika Zavackienė, Project Manager at the Klaipėda Science and Technology Park, visited the Lithuania Business College, where she met with students and shared her insights from years of experience on innovation, entrepreneurship and presented the opportunities in the Lithuanian startup ecosystem. During the meeting, Erika encouraged students to think practically, creatively, and take action in developing their ideas. She provided practical advice on where to start, how to take the first steps in creating a business, and where to seek help and support on the path to a successful startup. The most important highlight of the presentation was the introduction of the soon-to-be-opened Lithuanian INVESTech i-Lab center. Students had the opportunity to learn about the space and its purpose to combine the academic and business communities and help meet the real market needs, as well as increase the IT competencies in the region. We are very proud to contribute to the development of entrepreneurial thinking in youth and to strengthen the connection between academia and business.
